Yaileen Villegas (she/her/hers) is a student intern at The Meaningful Life Center. She is currently working on a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. Yaileen is bilingual (English and Spanish) and is dedicated to fostering a safe and empowering environment in which her clients can feel accepted and ready to accomplish their goals. Yaileen adopts an integrative approach to therapy, with a fondness for person-centered and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, identity development, poor self-esteem/confidence, career exploration, couple’s work, helping clients who identify as LGBTQI+, ethically non-monogamous relationships, and the Kink/BDSM community.
