Kat Freeman (she/her/hers) is a student intern at The Meaningful Life Center. She is earning her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. Kat is passionate about helping folks work with their lived experiences to discover strengths and develop skills to achieve personal growth. Kat has a background working with individuals, partners, and groups. Her areas of interest are relationship dynamics, identity development, trauma, and affirming care. Kat will provide a safe, supported space using Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other techniques, through a multicultural lens, to help you develop and create your meaningful life.
