Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group
This is a psychoeducation group for adults seeking tools to live a life worth living. Over the course of 24 weeks, the group will teach skills related to mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Members can join the group at any time, as space is available. This group fulfills the group component of the DBT-adherent therapy model. We offer DBT groups both in-person and through telehealth.
We offer the following groups for adults:
- Tuesdays (telehealth) at 12-1:30pm
- Tuesdays (telehealth) at 5:30-7pm
- Tuesdays (in person) at 5:30-7pm
- Thursdays (in person) at 5:30-7pm
