Carson (she/her/hers) is a graduate student earning her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certification in Marriage and Family Therapy following this acquisition of her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients of all ages and dynamics — including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families — feel seen, heard, respected, and supported. Her approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity, with a commitment to honoring each client’s unique identity and lived experience.
She works from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective and draws on evidence-based practices, such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), experiential family therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), to meet each client’s individual needs. Whether supporting a child navigating emotional challenges, an adolescent exploring their identity, or a couple working through relational dynamics, Carson offers a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where growth, healing, and self-discovery are possible.
Under the supervision of licensed clinicians, Carson is dedicated to fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships while continuing to grow and develop as a future mental health professional.
