At The Meaningful Life Center, I offer a warm and affirming space where clients can heal, grow,
and reconnect with their most authentic selves. My approach is trauma-informed,
person-centered, and deeply collaborative. I specialize in helping individuals and couples
navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity, self-worth, and relationships.
Using evidence-based practices such as EMDR, DBT, Parts Work/IFS, and Gottman Method
Couples Therapy, I support clients in navigating life’s most challenging moments while
rediscovering their inner resilience. I welcome and affirm all identities, including LGBTQIA+,
poly, and kink communities.
