Ben Aubin is a student intern at The Meaningful Life Center, currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Rollins College. My journey into the mental health profession is built on a solid foundation of 15 years of service as a first responder. I’ve proudly served as a hospital corpsman in the US Navy and as a firefighter paramedic. My professional interests include family and relationship counseling, trauma, PTSD, grief, borderline personality disorder, and identity development. I employ a cognitive behavioral approach to counseling, focusing on how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors shape your everyday experiences.
My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. Drawing on my extensive background in emergency services, I bring a unique perspective to my counseling practice, offering empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of the human experience. I’m here to support you on your journey towards healing and well-being.
