Areesha Qureshi is a student intern at The Meaningful Life Center. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University. Areesha earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Effat University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She is passionate about culturally responsive care and believes in the healing power of creativity and connection. Areesha incorporates art into her therapeutic work and is especially interested in working with children and adolescents. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and discover meaning in their experiences. Her clinical interests include anxiety, identity development, and emotional regulation.
In her free time, Areesha enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, and knitting as forms of self-care. She is also an avid Formula 1 fan and loves talking about cars.
