Alessandra (Ally) Dabdoub (she/her) is a student intern at the Meaningful Life Center. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rollins College, I am dedicated to providing transformative support for individuals of all ages using evidence-based treatments such as psychodynamic, humanistic and existential theories through a multicultural lens. As a counselor in training, my current areas of interest include ADHD, trauma, personality disorders & dissociation, grief, anxiety disorders, family and relationship dynamic therapy, and LGBTQIA++ populations. Having personally navigated the complexities of mental health, I understand the importance of finding fulfillment in one’s life. I strive to empower clients to identify their strengths, passions, and values, guiding them towards meaningful personal fulfillment. In her free time, Ally enjoys painting, yoga, reading, exercising and spending time with her cat Mika.
