Alexandra White-Pulido (she/her/hers) is a student intern at The Meaningful Life Center. She is currently working on a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Rollins College. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Alexandra is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has experience working with families and individuals—particularly those from underserved and at-risk communities. She understands the importance of utilizing a flexible and modern approach to mental health that is supported by evidenced-based techniques and practiced in a safe and supportive environment. Her areas of interest are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns (transitional and diverse) and trauma.
